The Foundation for Community Health

Mission: The Foundation is Designed to further the work of Evansville's hospitals to improve the general health of the public and reduce the cost of health care by funding innovative ideas and/or services for one year which would reduce the life-style risk factors of smoking, obesity, lack of exercise and preventable accidents.
